2. What We Don't Collect

We do not collect, upload, store, or access your media files. All video-to-audio conversion happens entirely in your browser using WebAssembly. Your files never leave your device.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To provide and maintain your account
• To process subscription payments
• To send transactional emails (verification, password resets, billing)
• To enforce rate limiting and prevent abuse

4. Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Stripe and/or PayPal. We do not store your full credit card number. Payment providers have their own privacy policies.

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard security practices including:

• bcrypt password hashing
• HTTPS encryption for all connections
• CSRF protection on all forms
• Encrypted storage of API keys and secrets
• Rate limiting on authentication endpoints

6. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting support.

7. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Stripe and/or PayPal for payment processing
• unpkg.com CDN for delivering the FFmpeg WebAssembly library

We use a session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies.
