By accessing or using Vid2Audio ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Vid2Audio provides browser-based video-to-audio conversion tools. All file processing occurs client-side in your browser. We do not upload, store, or access your media files.

3. Accounts

You must register an account to use the conversion tools. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

• Premium plans are billed at the rates displayed at time of purchase.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for assistance.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to circumvent subscription restrictions or access controls
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Reverse engineer or extract source code beyond what is publicly visible

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the media files you convert. Vid2Audio does not claim ownership of any user content. The Vid2Audio brand, design, and code are our intellectual property.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Conversion quality depends on your device and browser capabilities.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vid2Audio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
